Patrick Fahy is FAESCORP’s Chief Operating Officer and financial execution lead. He brings senior experience across financial management, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, planning, process improvement and cross-functional operations. His experience includes oversight and recommendations affecting budgets up to $16.3 billion across more than 82 entities, as well as leadership of complementary $55 million World Bank and $55 million Inter-American Development Bank programs. He helps translate opportunity strategy into executable work plans, defensible budgets, delivery controls and decision-ready reporting—strengthening the financial discipline and operating reliability expected by agencies, private-sector clients and large-prime mentors.

Robert Fahy

Founder & Managing Principal | Mission Support, Risk & Security

Robert Fahy is FAESCORP’s Founder and Managing Principal, bringing more than 30 years of combined U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Government mission-support and corporate leadership experience across enterprise and physical risk, crisis management, duty of care, investigations, supply-chain resilience, food defense, and product and brand protection. His career and operational travel span 77+ countries. An 11-year U.S. Coast Guard veteran and former maritime law-enforcement boarding officer, Robert later served as Security Advisor and Regional Security Director for Latin America; Director of North America; Regional Security Director across Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Director of Global Programs with responsibilities extending to Australia, India, Singapore and Russia. His career includes Chevron, Abbott, Kraft, AARP and Plena, plus U.S.–host-nation mission support in Colombia and subject-matter contributions to Plan Colombia and public-private food-defense initiatives.
